You are guaranteed a quiet, and peaceful night's sleep in one of our eight double-glazed soundproofed studio units. We offer the choice of studio units with super king, king, or queen beds, or a king or queen, single, and optional rollaway bed depending on your requirements.

Each unit is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. They are fully self-catered with a stainless steel fridge, multi function microwave, twin hobs, and of course the essential tea and coffee making facilities. Four of the units are fitted with relaxing double spa baths, and every unit has a high pressure shower, toilet, and vanity. We have one unit available with wheelchair access.

Entertainment and retail therapy are only a hop, skip, and a jump away from your studio unit, with New Zealand's second largest mall, Westfield Riccarton, directly across the road. We are also conveniently located on a major bus route, and only a five minute drive from Christchurch Central.
